Statutory Right of Cancellation for Consumers
Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

If you declare your cancellation by email, we kindly ask you to include the word “Cancellation” in the subject line to ensure smooth and prompt processing of your request.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs. This does not include any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of cancellation of this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any additional fees as a result of this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
After receiving the returned goods, we will inspect their condition. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics and functioning. In such a case, we reserve the right to claim legally permissible compensation for diminished value and to offset this against the refund amount.

Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory right of cancellation, we grant you a voluntary return policy of 30 days in total from receipt of the goods.
This voluntary return policy does not affect your statutory right of cancellation. Your statutory rights, in particular your right of cancellation and your warranty rights in the event of defective goods, remain unaffected.
To make use of the voluntary return policy, the goods must be in the same condition in which you received them. The goods must be unused, complete, returned with all accessories, with any existing labels, and in the original packaging. We also require the receipt or another suitable proof of purchase.
Please make sure not to damage the original packaging. Only transparent adhesive tape may be used for the outer shipping packaging.

Please do not return the goods to us without contacting us first. Returns made without a prior return request cannot be accepted under the voluntary return policy.
If your return is accepted, you will receive further return instructions from us. If we provide you with a return label, this must be used for the return shipment.
Refunds under the voluntary return policy will be made after receipt of the goods and after our logistics service provider has inspected and confirmed their proper condition. If the goods are incomplete, used, damaged or not in the original packaging, we reserve the right to reject the return under the voluntary return policy or to make an appropriate deduction from the refund amount. Damage, Transport Damage and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Please contact us without undue delay if the delivered item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to review the matter and arrange a suitable solution.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Exceptions to the Voluntary Return Policy
The voluntary 30-day return policy does not apply to gift cards or to goods that are expressly marked as excluded from the voluntary return policy.
Where provided by law, there is no statutory right of cancellation, in particular for goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is determined by an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or goods that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
