Aeratron is committed to keeping your information private. Any data we collect about you is kept strictly secure. We do not share, sell, or exchange any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable), and personalize your shopping experience with us; that is all. Aeratron uses cookies to allow you to log in to your account, maintain a shopping cart, and purchase items in your cart. Cookies are sent to your computer from Aeratron only while you are browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also help us offer you a more personalized shopping experience by showing products that interest you throughout our product pages, making your shopping experience more friendly, engaging, and enjoyable. Our website does not use any hidden methods to “grab” your email address. The only way we can obtain your email address is if you provide it by sending us an email or by filling out our information request form. Other policies
Cancelled Orders - If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact customer service by email at: info@aeratron.io as soon as possible to avoid any shipping charges. If no part of your order has shipped, you may cancel your order without any charges. If any part of your order has shipped or is staged for shipping, the shipping charges incurred will be charged to your account and the remaining balance will be credited. To maintain a record for both parties, cancellations can only be made via email; no other methods will be accepted.
Payment - To provide maximum security for our customers, we do not keep credit card numbers on file or store them in a database accessible to third parties. Instead, when you place an order by credit card either over the phone or using our secure shopping cart, your credit card is verified through a federally approved secure system and funds for the order are reserved for a short period (several days). Your card is not charged by the bank until your order ships. If your order contains multiple items that ship on different days or from different locations, you will see separate charges on your statement for each shipment. If a custom order or backordered items take longer to fulfill than the reserved funds period, we will call you and take your credit card payment again over the phone when the item is ready to ship.
Order Confirmations - If you provide an email address, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Please check your confirmation to ensure all information is correct, including the shipping address and individual items ordered. If you find any errors, please email info@aeratron.io with corrections within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email. Otherwise, we will assume everything is correct and process your order as shown in the confirmation. Placing an order by phone or through our shopping cart constitutes agreement to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Refused Merchandise - Merchandise refused without receiving an RGA# from Aeratron will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense, except for freight merchandise refused due to damage (see Defective Merchandise). Installation - Installation fees, proper installation, and use of any products purchased from Aeratron are the sole responsibility of the customer. Aeratron is not liable for any costs or damages related to the installation or use of products purchased from us. In cases where a product is defective, although we may send a replacement as stated above, we are not responsible for any additional costs related to removing or repairing the defective item and/or installing the replacement.
Trade Accounts - Trade accounts are subject to additional policies and mutual agreements that may differ from the above policies.
